Shipping & Returns.

Thank you for shopping with Dababel. We want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7 business days
  • International: 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link first. If the tracking has not updated for several days, contact us at support@dababel.com and we'll do our best to help.

Dababel is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package says delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, your building/mailroom, or the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Dababel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, email us immediately at support@dababel.com. We can only update the address if the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Returns

Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging, if applicable

Final Sale Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened or used accessories
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged by normal wear, misuse, or improper care

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dababel.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged

If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
