I Didn't Receive a Tracking Email
If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
If you still can't find it, contact us at support@dababel.com with your name and order number.
My Tracking Hasn't Updated
Tracking may take 48 hours to update after your order ships. During busy periods, carriers may also experience delays.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we'll help look into it.
My Order Says Delivered, But I Can't Find It
If your tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check around your front door, mailbox, mailroom, or building office
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Wait 24 hours, since some carriers mark packages delivered early
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
